Why do oil extracted from wooden churner frizz?
Fizz (Foam) and its thickness in the oil is the proof of its purity, it states that the oil was made without chemicals. Chemicals are extremely eliminated while machine filtering process because filtration requires heat above smoke (Boiling point). Due to which we perform manual filtration process which results in settling down of oil for 12 hours. Thus this oil are thick and full of nutritive values. As it is said 'All that glitters is not gold'.
Why the taste of the oil extracted from wooden churner is the best?
We use ancient Indian technique to extract oil from a wooden churner. The seeds are crushed in the wooden churner to extract oil from it which maintains the real taste, sweetness and nutrition value of the seed in the oil. It also affects the taste of the food cooked in the oil. Hence undergoing the Indian tradition, oil extracted is healthy, tasty and high in nutrition value.

Rice bran oil is derived from rice's hard outer brown layer, also known as the chaff. It has a high smoke point and a mild taste, ideal for stir-frying and deep-frying.
What is diffrence between cold pressed oil and wood pressed oil?
Cold-pressed oils come under a broader spectrum that covers all different mechanisms used to extract a quality yield at lower temperatures. In contrast, wood pressed oils only cover oil extraction through wooden pestles.
